Our Work
-
In a burgeoning market of speciality coffee in Madrid, El Perro de Pavlov had to have a unique point of difference. By positioning the café as a place where you could enjoy speciality coffee whilst eating traditional Spanish breakfasts in a taverna-inspired interior, El Perro de Pavlov did something no one else was doing. Before long, the café was showing up as the number one place to get the best pan con tomate in Madrid, appealing to locals and tourists alike.
-
Menu design played a critical role in increasing profits. By inserting low-cost add-ons after menu items, as well as offering breakfast deals, we were able to bump up average customer spend.
-
By combining creativity, filming, food photography and video-editing skills with the art of always staying abreast of digital trends and culture, El Perro de Pavlov produced popular organic posts with high engagement rates, maintaining a solid brand identity - and humour - throughout. Social media competitions and draws also helped to organically boost followers.
-
Reaching out to influencers and setting up competitions made a huge impact on sales, as well as turning up in local and national newspapers and online magazines.
